Big Media, Forbes and the New York Times Named Defendant in Defamation Lawsuit filed by Blogger; Forbes Reporter Kashmir Hill and New York Times Reporter David Carr Have Been Accused of Maliciously Defaming a Blogger Who they Were Reporting on, in a Defamation Case.

Blogger Court Ruled NOT Journalist Files Legal Case against those,
she alleges defamed her, traditional media named defendants.

March 5th 2013 - Investigative blogger Crystal Cox filed a federal lawsuit on February 26th of 2013, alleging that Forbes Inc. reporter Kashmir Hill and New York Times reporter David Carr, in conjunction with several other alleged co-conspirators, maliciously Defamed Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox in order to suppress information on her blogs regarding the biggest Technology theft in the world, the iViewit Technology.

Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox alleges that reporter Kashmir Hill and reporter David Carr, posted false information about her having a blog about a 3 year old in which never existed and accused Cox of Extortion, of which she was not on trial for, not charged with, and not even under investigation for. Cox alleges that Kashmir Hill and David Carr, were out to Defame her in order to ensure that all bloggers do not get the same equal rights under the law as do traditional journalists such as reporter Kashmir Hill and reporter David Carr.  And that they both conspired with other named defendants.

Cox alleges that reporter Kashmir Hill and reporter David Carr, published an email sent to them from opposing counsel in Obsidian V. Cox, David Aman and published this eMail claiming that Cox had extorted Attorney David Aman and his client Kevin Padrick, who had just won a $2.5 million dollar judgement against Cox the month before.

Cox alleges that this eMail was part of ONE eMail that was in a series of 5 emails between herself as her own attorney, acting in her Pro Se Capacity and opposing counsel, David Aman of Tonkon Torp Law Firm. The email publicly defaming Crystal Cox and promoted worldwide by Forbes reporter Kashmir Hill and New York Times reporter David Carr, was a part of an eMail that was in response to a cease and desist eMail in which Attorney David Aman had sent to Cox, demanding that she stop publishing blogs regarding Kevin Padrick and threatening to sue Cox.

Blogger Crystal Cox emailed David Aman in response to a legal threat, and sent the eMail that David Carr and Kashmir Hill have the world believing is Extortion, on January 19th, 2011, which was, not only after a legal threat, but also AFTER a 10 million dollar lawsuit had been filed against Blogger Crystal Cox. This email now known world wide as extortion, was an attempt by Cox to STOP a legal action against her, a private settlement negotiation between attorneys involved in the case. Yet journalist David Carr of the New York Times and Kashmir Hill of Forbes, painted blogger Crystal Cox in false light deliberately, in conspiracy, alleges Crystal Cox.

Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox alleges that this email was taken out of context by Forbes and the New York Times and used to ruin her reputation, incite hate against her, and defame her with actual knowledge that it was untrue.

Cox filed a Lawsuit out of the District of Nevada on February 26th, 2013. This Lawsuit also alleges RICO, Racketeering, Harassment, Malpractice and more. For more on the Crystal Cox RICO Legal Filing naming Forbes Inc. and the New York Times, Click Here.
